Can I place an order by phone?

We do not accept orders over the phone. We only sell via our STORE page.

 Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect a New Jersey sales tax of 7%. All orders shipped to New Jersey addresses will be charged this tax.

Where is my order confirmation?

As soon as your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add orders@tanara.co to your safe sender list.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Sorry love, orders are processed immediately. 

When will my order ship?

Orders ship out within 10 to 15 business days 'after' your payment is posted. This may take up to two days to process. Tanara & Co. will use its best endeavors to meet any estimate delivery dates. Any period or date for delivery of item(s) stated by us is an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. We reserve the right to amend delivery methods without notice.

How long for International Shipping?

You will recieve your parcel 15 to 25 business days, 'after' your payment is posted. (Holidays & weekends excluded). ) Please note, international customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. Tanara & Co. is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customers local government.

Do you refund purchases?

We do not refund purchases. However, we do issue store credit upon recieving the parcel within 5 days from delivery. 

My order is incorrect or my item is damaged? What do I do?

Prior to products being sent to you, all items are thoroughly inspected to ensure that they are in great condition. However, in the event that your order is incorrect or the merchandise is damaged 'upon' delivery, within 24 hours of recieving your order, please e-mail orders@tanara.co with your order number, the name of the product, size, style, and fault. Please note, photographic evidence MUST be provided.  Once we inspect the item(s) and confirm that there is a fault, you will be entitled to a full refund.

How long will store credit take?

Once the package has been received and processed by us, please allow 3 to 5 days for your store credit to be e-mailed to you.

How do I get featured on your instagram page?

Easy! Purchase items from our online store, and tag us @TanaraAndCo to be featured on our Instagram page. Please note that being featured is not a contract nor is Tanara & Co. liable to compensate its customers by featuring them on its’ instagram page. Furthermore, due to the high volume, Tanara & Co. can not guarantee you will be featured but that does not mean that you wont. So don’t think we are not looking, cause we are!
